Furnace for spark plasma sintering SPS 10-4 by Thermal Technology LCC

    It’s a device for sintering of powder materials, both metallic and ceramic. The sintering process is conducted at max. sintering temperature of 2400°C. It is also possible to apply additional compression with the max. pressure force of 100 kN. The furnace also operates in protective atmospheres. The max. size of a sample - Ø 50mm. The device is connected to a computer that sets and controls the following parameters: pressing force control, die movement control, temperature control, heating method control.

Hot isostatic press HIP AIP8-30H-PED by American Isostatic Presses
It’s a device for sintering of powder materials, both metallic and ceramic, with the use of high pressure of inert gases (Ar, N). The press is equipped with a graphite furnace - max. temperature: 2200 ºC, measurements: Ø100x200 mm. Gas operating pressure amounts to 30 000 PSI (about 207 MPa). An important feature of the device is the possibility of controlling the temperature, both in case of heating (max. 40º/min within the 200-1500ºC temp. range) and cooling (depending on the temperature, pressure and the batch even up to 40 º/min). The device is connected to a computer that sets and controls all the parameters.
